total size of deck roughly 12-14 ft x 24-30 ft
section damaged and uneven is roughly 12x12

Scope of work -

remove half of deck boards (12x12) reviling half the deck and the area that is damaged .

inspect joist and repair if needed (extra charge to be discussed with customer)
Use multiple hydraulic jacks to raise the deck to level
install 1 corner bracket and 4 wall brackets inside of deck frame and install 4 - 2 inch aluminum post with feet
(make sure the legs are sitting firmly on bottom of the lake )
cut post below deck surface so they are hidden
reinstall deck boards and replace boards that are damaged

note to customer - we are only to level the 12x12 section . if more of the deck is damaged we will have to reevaluate the quote .
