We offer 3 Property Management options

Option 1:  Tenant Management

• List your rental property
• Screen potential families or tenants (credit score, income check)
• Present the lease for signature
• Collect monthly checks
• Evict the tenants if necessary

Option 2: Long Term Property Management

• List your rental property
• Screen potential families or tenants (credit score, income check)
• Present the lease for signature
• Collect monthly checks
• Evict the tenants if necessary
• Plus, we routinely check in on your property especially after storms
• Plus, we will handle the maintenance of your property (additional pricing per service grass cutting, plumbing, electrical, junk removal etc.) All Services and additional cost to be approved by landlord before starting.

Option 3: Property Watch

Ideal for home owners going on vacation and cottage owners after storms

• Come in and inspect cottage
• Flush water system
• Check for roof leaks
• Check basement for flooding
• Report back
