demo and remove existing deck
construct roughly 12 ft wide x 18-20ft long deck replicate the old deck design
the deck will be anchored with roughly six 4x4 post anchored 4 ft deep into the earth with concrete
construct back bench and back rest similar to old deck design
all garbage and extra material to be removed off of site
