- Removal of A/C unit and relocated further away and from where window well will be installed and reinstall A/C Unit
- removal of railing and deck where window well will be and reinstalled beside front door
- Excavate down to house dwelling provide drainage stone before drainage pipe installed and backfilled
- Refer to blue prints for window install , drainage, and back fill
- properly seal window
- after window is installed, finish window with trim to match bedroom
