Parchment Lane Stairway and Deck Work Scope :
ESTIMATION : 2 weeks
SCOPE : removal of existing stairs and landings heading down towards the lake and constructing new stairs and landings roughly 32" wide with railings along both sides of stairs and landings . The landings and stairs will be supported throughout with 6x6 PT sienna post anchored to the rock with chemical anchors or concreted footings poured and and post supported by post bracket.
PAYMENT :
10 percent to book you and have a scheduled start date.
40 percent 3 days before start date to order material and have delivered
25 percent after week 1
25 percent once work is completed
Construction map from water to cottage with railings on both sides
6 to 8 step stairway from dock to 14x14 deck
From deck going along cliff edge 16 ft stairway followed by 4x6 landing followed by 16 ft sairway another 4x6 landing.
