- Clean up of area affected by tree damage for detached 3 car garage. (Roof, exterior wall, facia, soffit, siding, window etc.)
- Removal of all garbage and debris required/site prep
- Demolition and removal of any additional damaged material to allow for framing & roof repairs
- Structural framing repair to rear garage exterior wall where affected by tree damage
- Repair and re installation of 3’x4’ window on rear exterior wall of garage
- Installation of 6 new engineered roof truss to complete existing roof structural system
- Repair of existing roof framing system to accommodate roof repair
- Installation of 1550 ft2 rib barn steel roof (29 Ga.)
- Installation of 400 ft2 of rib barn steel siding(29 Ga.) on rear exterior wall of garage
- Repair to damaged soffit on front of garage
- Repair to damaged south fascia board
- Repair to damaged rear soffit
- Removal and re installation of any damaged insulation in affected area
- Repair / re installation of interior plywood as required
- Repair to affected electrical wiring in garage from tree damage
- Installation of new motorized garage door opener and install to existing garage door
- Any finishing work required to bring structure back to existing condition before damage.
